Just look at your new neighborhood.  Everything's right down the street, or an easy drive or Metro ride away.  And you have to admit, you're lovin' the convenience, the shopping sprees, the colorful city life. The fact that you can be in-the-know with just one quick stroll to your neighborhood newsstand. You've even found a favorite gallery, with that local up-and-comer you've started collecting. 

And when the cupboard's bare, you just zip across the street to Ralphs to stock up again.  Or when it's time for a little retail therapy, you saunter down the road where the ultimate finds await inside chic boutiques, charming shops and grand stores.  Yes, I guess you could say the Lake at Walnut style is custom made for the way you love to live.
